HELP & QUESTIONS
Know what you are getting.
Straight answers about the two indicators, how they are installed, and what their signals can—and cannot—tell you.
How can I contact support?
Email [email protected] to contact the SureShot support team. We provide 24-hour email support for product questions, downloads and TradingView setup.
What exactly is in the collection?
Two main Pine Script v6 indicators: ALL V1.0 and 9 / 50 / 200 EMA Cross. ALL V1.0 contains multiple modules. Buyers will receive two separate source text files, together in one bundle.
How do I purchase the bundle?
Use the purchase button in the bundle section to continue to Whop. Review the product, final amount and purchase terms there before paying.
How will I receive the files?
Sign in to Whop with the account used at checkout, open SureShot, then select Files. Download ALL-V1.0.txt and EMA-9-50-200-Cross.txt separately. Follow the setup guide to install them in TradingView. For download help, email [email protected].
Do I need to know how to code?
You do not need to write code for the standard setup. Open each supplied text file, copy all the code, paste it into a new Pine indicator, save and add to chart. Each file must be installed separately.
Do I need a paid TradingView plan?
You need a TradingView account with enough indicator slots and any alert features you want to use. Limits and market-data access depend on your plan. A TradingView subscription is not included.
Which symbol or timeframe should I use?
Both scripts calculate from your chart’s symbol and timeframe; neither source enforces one market or timeframe. ALL V1.0 also has fixed 5m, 15m, 30m and 1h EMA readings. No best-performing market or timeframe has been verified for this collection.
Is this a trading bot or a backtested strategy?
No. Both are indicators. They do not place orders or produce native Strategy Tester results. No verified win rate, profitability or daily signal count is supplied.
Are the indicators non-repainting?
They are not described as strictly non-repainting. Open-bar values and signals can change. ALL V1.0 also uses evolving multi-timeframe values, confirmed pivots with delayed labels, and channels that recalculate.
Does the 200 EMA confirm each EMA signal?
No. The 200 EMA is a context line. Buy and sell conditions depend only on the 9 EMA crossing the 50 EMA.
Why are the Supertrend and BB signals different?
They are separate calculations. Supertrend triangles use the trend/buffer rules. BB diamonds combine a band cross with an RSI threshold. Neither module waits for agreement from the other.
Are source files accessible to everyone on this website?
No. The public site contains explanations and the installation guide. Paid source files are delivered through the purchased Whop product, rather than publicly hosted on this website.
Where are the purchase and refund terms?
Review the final price, delivery, support and refund terms on Whop before payment. Email [email protected] if you need clarification.
Who created the underlying code?
The supplied ALL V1.0 source includes an ApexFlow attribution and an MPL 2.0 notice for the support/resistance component credited to LonesomeTheBlue. Those notices are preserved. See Product & source notices for details.
Installing for the first time?
