Welcome to SureShot Trade. By accessing our website, purchasing our VIP subscriptions, or utilizing our free or paid AI trading signals, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By using SureShot Trade, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant financial risk, and if you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using our services or creating an account.

2. Disclaimer of Liability & Financial Advice

SureShot Trade is an educational and analytical platform. We are NOT registered financial advisors, brokers, or wealth managers. The content, signals, market data, and AI analytics provided on our platform are for informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, win rate, or profit.
Trading cryptocurrencies, futures, and leveraged assets involves significant risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire capital.
SureShot Trade, its founders, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or financial losses arising from the use of our platform.

3. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

             STRICT NO REFUND POLICY: Due to the digital, instantly-accessible nature of our premium content, VIP chat access, and proprietary AI signals, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks under ANY circumstances. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive any right to a refund.
        

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the VIP features until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Accuracy of AI Tools & Software

Our "SureShot AI Engine V2", "Whale Tracker", and other automation tools rely on complex algorithms, API connections, and third-party data feeds. While we strive for high accuracy:

We do not warrant that the software will be 100% error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate at all times.
We are not responsible for losses incurred due to latency, server downtime, exchange API failures, or software bugs.
Past performance of our signals or algorithms is not indicative of future results.

5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Activities

All content, including but not limited to trading signals, educational modules (Masterclass), code, and UI design, is the exclusive intellectual property of SureShot Trade. As a user, you agree NOT to:

Forward, resell, leak, or redistribute our VIP signals to external groups, Telegram channels, or individuals.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our AI scanner or website infrastructure.
Use our platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering or market manipulation.

             Account Termination: We reserve the right to instantly terminate and permanently ban any account, without warning or refund, if we detect that you are leaking VIP signals or violating our intellectual property rights.
        

6. Your Responsibility (Risk Management)

Our platform provides a "1:2 Risk to Reward" model as a mathematical framework. However, you must execute the trades yourself on your own exchange. You are entirely responsible for setting your own Stop Losses, Take Profits, and managing your leverage correctly. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds at any point.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SureShot Trade, its founders, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

10. Changes to Terms

SureShot Trade reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
